-
Apply pressure on the pebble sheets as to let the thinset penetrate the mesh. This will prevent using too much joint material afterwards.
-
The pebble sheets can be offset for best result. Look for the best side
of the sheet to ideally mix them together.
-
When you arrive against a wall, if the sheets are not perfectly aligned,
simply cut out a few pebbles, those will then be used where you’ll need to add a few for best result.

-
Proceed in successive installation steps. Unlike traditional ceramic tiles, pebble sheets do not require
a perfect alignment to the wall..

-
Once approximately 1sqm (11 sq.ft.) is installed, make sure to fill any gaps on the surface, as you will not be able to touch it up after grout joint is applied.
-
To grout joint the tiles, use a rather fluid mixture to progressively reach a suitable level of joint between the pebbles.
-
The joint material should not be too thick for best visual effect and pleasant barefoot feel when walking on the surface. The average joint is 5mm (3/16”) thick.
-
Opus marble on mesh can be installed according to the same instructions.
